Attired in a Bafana Bafana (South Africa team name) jersey, drove very early to office today. Inspite of the cold darkness around, could hear the sounds of the ubiquitous vuvuzela's and a certain sense of joyfulness in the air.
Entered office. Music playing as loudly as in a weekend pub and there's a sense of rhythm in every step that we take.
Need to leave office atleast 4 hours before the scheduled time of the opening ceremony followed by the big match between South Africa & Mexico. Need to take into consideration the tight traffic and the parking time at the stadium expected today.
